Presentation Formats
Participants may select one of the following formats:
In-Person Presentation
Present your research at the conference venue in Oxford and participate directly in discussions, networking sessions, and other scheduled activities.
Live Online Presentation
Join the conference remotely and present through the designated video-conferencing platform. Online presenters will be able to share their slides and participate in questions and discussions.
Pre-recorded Presentation
Participants who cannot attend at the scheduled time may request permission to submit a pre-recorded presentation. Approval is subject to the conference programme and technical requirements.
Attendee Only
Participants who do not wish to present research may register as attendees and join the academic sessions and discussions.
Standard research presentations will normally be allocated 10–15 minutes, followed by questions or feedback. Final presentation times will be confirmed in the conference programme.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts should:
- Clearly state the purpose or research question
- Briefly explain the methodology or approach
- Summarise the principal findings or expected contribution
- Identify the relevance of the research
- Include appropriate keywords
- Be written in clear English
- Represent original work by the submitting author or authors
Each abstract will be reviewed for relevance, clarity, originality, and academic or professional contribution.
Authors will normally receive feedback or a decision within seven working days of submission.
An abstract must be accepted before the presenting author completes presenter registration.
Publication Opportunities
Accepted abstracts from registered presenters will be considered for inclusion in the electronic conference abstract book.
Authors may also submit a full paper for possible inclusion in the conference proceedings. Full-paper submission is optional and will be subject to editorial assessment, formatting requirements, originality checks, and any applicable peer-review process.
Authors interested in journal publication may request information about suitable publication opportunities. Journal publication is separate from conference acceptance and is subject to the independent requirements, review procedures, editorial decisions, and publication schedules of the relevant journal.
No journal publication can be guaranteed solely through participation in the conference.

Participants are encouraged to submit and register early to allow sufficient time for review, travel planning, visa arrangements, and programme scheduling.

Subject to the decision of the conference committee, selected presentations may be recognised for their originality, academic quality, practical relevance, or contribution to the conference theme. Possible recognition categories may include:

Information for International Participants

Such a letter confirms participation only and does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
