Overview
Most organisational strategies fail because of incomplete initial strategic planning and inadequate implementation throughout. The one-week schedule of our ILM accredited Strategic Planning training course enables senior managers to develop the essential key strategic planning tools required to ensure that their strategic plans are meticulously formulated so they can be efficiently and effectively implemented.
The curriculum enables delegates to learn how to formulate a strategy which will achieve the company vision, incorporating its values and culture. It examines the key elements of a strategic plan; demonstrates the practical application of the management tools required to create successful strategic plans; identifies how to implement a strategy effectively for continuous improvement; studies how to build, manage and control budgets; and analyses costing techniques and management.
